The 26-year-old Coburn was slated to become an unrestricted free agent July 1.

Swedish defenseman Anton Stralman has agreed to terms with the Rangers, Stralman's agent Marc Levine confirmed to ESPNNewYork.com.
The one-year deal is reportedly worth $900,000.
The 25-year-old unrestricted free agent was targeted by the Rangers in the wake of an injury to defenseman Marc Staal.
